InstituteHQ by Software HQ • Institutional Subscription & Use Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access and use of InstituteHQ, an educational ERP and institute management software platform developed, maintained, and operated by Software HQ ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By enrolling in an administrative subscription, signing an order form, or logging into an InstituteHQ instance, you affirm that you are an authorized representative of your educational institution, coaching academy, or tutorial centre with authority to agree to these terms.
Subject to the terms of your active subscription plan, Software HQ grants the subscribing institute a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use InstituteHQ for internal administrative, student management, and billing purposes.
The subscribing institute maintains exclusive ownership over all student directories, parent contact lists, fee records, and academic attendance logs entered into the system. The institute remains responsible for verifying the accuracy of fees collected and receipts generated on site.
Subscription fees for InstituteHQ are billed based on the agreed terms (monthly or annual billing). If your institute chooses to integrate optional third-party payment links or gateway services for online fee collection from parents, such transactions are governed by the respective payment gateway partner's terms and settlements.
We strive to maintain high platform availability for your day-to-day operations. Scheduled updates or infrastructure maintenance are planned during non-peak operating hours to minimize disruption to your institute's active classes.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
